How to measure your Belgian Malinois dog for good fit Collar:
Please be advised that:
- For buckle collar when you specify neck size we will make a collar fit on the central hole.
- There will be totally 5 holes and distance between each 2 holes is 1 inch (25 mm).
- For example, your dog's neck size is 20 inch (50 cm). A collar will fit on the central hole at 20 inch (50 cm).
- There will be 2 smaller size holes - 18 inch (45 cm) and 19 inch (47.5 cm).
- There will be 2 bigger size holes - 21 inch (52.5 cm) and 22 inch (55 cm).
- There will also be tip of the collar after last hole about 2 inch long (5 cm).
- Those are handcrafted collars and some sizes will differ a little (not in significant way).
- 2 ply leather collars and padded leather collars are 1 inch bigger to make sure that it will fit your dog.
This Handmade Studded Dog Collar has thick genuine leather strap that is strong enough for handling middle-sized or even large dogs. But in addition its material is very soft for contact with skin around a dog's neck, so your doggy will feel comfortable while wearing this supply. Well smoothed edges of this product help to avoid rubbing while its usage, so your pet won’t have any discomfort pulling on a leash.
All the hardware of this model is made of durable metal and covered with rust protective nickel plating. The half-ball studs which this collar is decorated with are hand set on the leather strap with rivets. The area where the buckle and D-ring are situated is also secured with rivets.
